PGA of Ontario  - Playing Ability Test 2019

Upon receipt of notification of your application from the PGA of Canada, the PGA of Ontario Office will
forward all future correspondence regarding the application directly to the Applicant. This will include
Applicant Information and Payment Obligations.

PGA of Ontario Sanctioned Playing Ability Test
Rebel Creek Golf Club – July 9th, 2019 (36 holes)

This PGA of Ontario Sanctioned Playing Ability Test has a maximum of
forty (40) available spots and will be taken on a first come first served basis

Register and Pay $150.00 plus HST by July 2, 2019

Male – Rating 69.2, 6040 Yards ……………….…Exit Target Score = 153
Male – Rating 69.2, 6040 Yards ……………….…Entry Target Score = 158

Female – Rating 70.1, 5157 Yards ………………Exit Target Score = 155
Female – Rating 70.1, 5157 Yards ………………Entry Target Score = 160

Exit Target Score is course rating times two plus fifteen
Entry Target Score is course rating times two plus twenty

Applicants who are successful will be sent by email the Associate Professional application package.  Completed packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after completing the PAT.

The PGA of Ontario reserves the right without notice to change/adjust the number of spots available based on time of year, weather and interest.  The PGA of Ontario reserves the right without notice to adjust the format based on time of year and weather.
