PGA of Ontario - Playing Ability Test 2019

Upon receipt of notification of your application from the PGA of Canada, the PGA of Ontario Office will
forward all future correspondence regarding the application directly to the Applicant. This will include
Applicant Information and Payment Obligations.

This PGA of Ontario Formal Playing Ability Test has a maximum of One hundred and eighty (80) available spots and will be taken on a first come first served basis.

Register and Pay $150.00 plus HST by May 30, 2019

Male – Rating 69.6, 6294 Yards ……………….… Exit Target Score = 154
Male – Rating 69.6, 6294 Yards ……………….… Entry Target Score = 159

Female – Rating 71.1, 5542 Yards ……………… Exit Target Score = 157
Female – Rating 71.1, 5542 Yards ……………… Entry Target Score = 162

Exit Target Score is course rating times two plus fifteen
Entry Target Score is course rating times two plus twenty

The standard of acceptance is determined by course rating times two plus fifteen.

Applicants who are successful will be sent by email the Associate Professional application package.  Completed packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after completing the PAT.

The PGA of Ontario reserves the right without notice to change/adjust the number of spots available based on time of year, weather and interest.  The PGA of Ontario reserves the right without notice to adjust the format based on time of year and weather.

***Available to Ontario Zone applicants only- golf industry employment must be in Ontario Zone boundaries***
