MOTION B - MOVE that pursuant to section 12.06(b)(ii) of By-Law No. 2014-1:

The following persons are hereby confirmed as Directors of the Corporation for the terms of office set forth opposite their respective names, namely:

Director not affiliated with a Zone - Robyn Scott - 3 years
Director not affiliated with a Zone - Michael Burns - 3 years

MOTION C - MOVE that the meeting be terminated.
