Eaglequest Coquitlam features a 9-hole par 27 golf course. Manicured fairways, large greens and grass T-boxes make the course excellent for beginners, while offering a unique challenge for the advanced. Our driving range offers 74 stalls that share two levels. All 74 bays are powered by the Toptracer Range gaming software, which offers fun & games and adds a whole new way to experience the driving range. Heat & floodlights at night make it comfortable to practice year round. The property also offers a Café with a fully licensed patio. The Boardroom holds 60 people comfortably and is ideal for meetings, banquets and tournaments. Eaglequest Coquitlam also has one of the most entertaining 18 -hole mini putt layouts on the lower mainland, great for hosting birthday parties and fun for all ages. Job Summary

Eaglequest is seeking an energetic and passionate golf professional to join our team in the role of golf instruction. Successful candidates will work with our Director of Golf to ensure the smooth and successful operation of our Learning Academy. Candidates will be expected to teach Eaglequest group programs, private – semi private lessons, club fit students, sell equipment and potentially run golf leagues for kids, parents and couples. Candidates will also assist with our very popular spring and summer camp programs.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the PGA of Canada
• Have a fun and enthusiastic personality
• Must have a willingness to become a part of a disciplined team
• Thrive in an “out of the box” environment
• Must have club fitting experience
• Must have experience in How to Sell
• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Excellent time management/organizational skills
• Must be able to deliver an exceptional learning experience

Compensation

• Independent Contractor Agreement
• 70/30 split on private lessons
• 60/40 split on EQ group programs
• 20% Commission paid on custom fit orders
• Annual sales can easily exceed $50k plus
