We are seeking a motivated, detail orientated Professional who excels at customer service. The successful candidate will have a high level of organizational skills and the ability to focus in a fast paced semi-private setting.
- Job Summary
- The Associate Golf Professional, reporting to the Head Professional and Director of Golf, will focus on the retail plans set up by the Head Professional, along with day-to-day activities in the golf shop operations. You will be an experienced manager with the ability to execute policies and procedures & manage staff. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills with the team, members and the public alike.
- Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Head Professional in managing Golf Shop Inventory, conducting monthly inventory counts.
- To coach, develop and train team members.
- To ensure that exceptional guest service is provided and that our members and guests enjoy a great golf experience.
- Managing the Player’s Assistant Program
- Managing the Back Shop Team & day-to-day operations.
- Helping the Head Professional with buying plans, receiving & billing.
- Lead Wednesday Ladies Night
- Assist with Men's Night
- Assist with Men's and Ladies Club operations
- Golf with the membership
- Monthly power cart maintenance record keeping
- Qualifications

The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter looking to enrich their experience and knowledge in all aspects of our profession and:
- Be a PGA of Canada Member in good standing, with at least five years of experience
- Willing to go above and beyond in effort to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our company
- Be customer service oriented
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Be willing to follow and enforce company policies
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have excellent computer skills and a good knowledge of excel
- Is self-motivated to succeed in the Golf Industry.
- Compensation

- $3,500-$4,000 monthly depending on experience
- February-November on salary, December & January on hourly wage
- 85% of lesson revenue
