The David Fritz Golf Academy is seeking Senior Instructors for the 2022 season at its location in Oakville Ontario. Over the past 10 years the academy has grown to having over 2000 active participants a year through its private lessons, clinic and camp programs. The successful candidates will be part of a growing platform and earn significant income at facilities with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• To provide quality instruction to all Academy students
• Promote all instructional programs including lessons, clinics and camps
• Ensure online schedule and availability is maintained and appropriate to meet client demands
• Ensure Academy area is set up appropriately on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Ability to coach golfers of all levels including young juniors
• Reliable and dependable, committed to growing the overall business
• PGA designation an asset

Compensation

• $60-$70/hour
• $10k+ per month potential in peak season
• Bonus potential
• Future revenue sharing opportunities
