Responsibilities

We are currently searching for a full time Associate or Apprentice Golf Professional to join our growing team. Under the direction of the Head Professional, this role will be part of a team of professionals responsible for the following:  

  • Assist in day-to-day golf operations, which include tee time reservations, merchandising, and point of sales transactions.
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Assist in the purchase of golf shop merchandise and equipment.
  • Organize golf events, such as men’s/women’s day and member/guest
  • Provide golf instruction and clinics for men and women programs.
  • Supervise outside services and on course pace of play.
Qualifications
  • PGA of Canada member in good standing
  • Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on own and in a team dynamic
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, professional advice, and assistance to all customers
  • A desire to learn and advance in the golf industry and PGA of Canada
