- Job Summary
- Become an integral member of the Furry Creek team, working to ensure the proficient running of the golf operation. To be involved with all facets of tasks in order to maintain consistent high quality of customer service in accordance with the standards set out by the General Manager.
- Responsibilities

- Oversee staff of Golf Course operation ·
- Oversee all golf programs and activities.
- Create, implement, report and analyze the Golf Operation plan including budget and all other golf related financial duties.
- Coordinate specific objectives of the plan with all the functional departments of the company to include Guest Services, Food and Beverage and Golf Course Maintenance.
- Establish and enforce golf course policies, rules and regulations.
- Facilitate and oversee monthly inventory counts.
- Work with member organizations to coordinate and run golf related member functions.
- Attend Staff Meetings, Executive Meetings.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Superintendent to coordinate turf care practices and course closures along with daily and tournament set up.
- Ensure on course member and guest satisfaction.
- Qualifications

- Class “A” Golf Professional with the PGA of Canada and member in good standing.
- Proven track record as a Head Golf Professional or Associate Golf Professional at a golf club.
- Has a passion, intrinsic desire, and willingness to serve. Dedicated to providing exceptional service to members and guests.
- Inspired leader who can direct and hold their team accountable.
- Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to work with committees and individuals.
- A strong business acumen is required to manage/operate annual operating and capital budgets and pro shop retail operations.
