- Job Summary
- Work with and assist the Head Golf Professional with the day-to-day responsibilities of the golf department. This position will promote an exceptional “golf experience”, will also be responsible for member relations, league play, tournaments, teach lessons and help drive retail sales
- Responsibilities
-
• Ensure service standards are met or exceeded
• Responsible for assisting with all aspects of the golf operation
• Mentor outside services staff to ensure customer service standards are being delivered consistently.
• Ensure that all golf shop merchandise is properly displayed, that adequate stock levels are maintained and that all special orders are placed appropriately and are followed up on.
• Operate POS system (tee-on) with efficiency
• Communicate specific opportunities to improve and provide solutions as a valued member of the leadership team
• Ensure inventory of levels are accurate are and maintained
• All other duties as assigned or required.
- Qualifications
-
• PGA of Canada Class A member
• 5+ years experience in management
• Experience with tee-on software is an asset
• Excellent written and oral communication
- Compensation

- $5000 per month (10 months)
- 100% of teaching revenue
- year end sales bonus
