Job Summary

The successful candidate will be actively involved in the professional team. They will report directly to the Head Golf Professional.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

Providing first class service to members and guests
Scheduling Golf Shop and Member Services staff
Supervising the Member Services staff
Placing special orders and recording product upon its arrival
Merchandising of apparel, equipment and other golf related products
Involvement with tournament operations
Club fitting and club repair
Playing a reasonable amount of golf with members of all abilities

Qualifications

PGA of Canada member in good standing
Post-secondary degree or college diploma with a golf management discipline (or working towards)
Proven excellence in member services, sales and organizational skills
Positive, professional attitude and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
Club fitting and equipment knowledge
Knowledge of JONAS point of sales system is an asset
Knowledge of GGGolf Tee Sheet system is an asset
Knowledge of Golf Genuis is an asset
Tournament operations experience is an asset
Previous experience in the private golf industry is considered a strong asset

Compensation

$750 to $1000 weekly based on experience and role.
100% of Lesson Revenue from Member's lesson
