- Job Summary
- We are looking for someone that is passionate about golf and passionate about learning the industry. A ton of experience is not necessary if you are willing and excited to learn. The candidate will work closely with the Head Professional, shouldering more responsibility as the season progresses. Candidates for Membership and PGM students are welcome to apply.
- Responsibilities

Assist the Head Professional in the following areas:
- Managing inventory / golf shop purchasing
- Organizing and executing club events, tournaments and leagues
- Managing daily operations, including pace of play. driving range and overall customer experience
- Assisting the HP in maximizing tee sheet efficiency and profitability
- Teaching - Ensuring club standards are met by themselves and the other employees
- Represent the Taylormade brand, working to increase sales and brand recognition at the club
