  • What roles and/or learning experiences are most impactful to having a successful career?
  • What mindset, education, certification and memberships help to accelerate a teaching professional’s career?

More than half of all the head teaching professionals from across the country participated in the research part of the study. From the research, a total of 10 in-depth career maps were created to illustrate the education, experience, jobs and more that have led to a successful career as a head teaching professional.
