Get Golf Ready in 2014

Get Golf Ready in 2014

The recently rebranded Get Golf Ready program is back for its fifth year.

Originally launched in 2010, Get Golf Ready is designed to attract both new and withdrawn golfers into the game through a series of five sessions. Each session, which lasts between 60-90 minutes, focuses on the various golf skills used while playing.

The program has been recently rebranded in Canada and now mirrors the American program, which has seen significant exposure on PGA.com and on PGA Tour telecasts.

As a PGA of Canada member, registering as a Get Golf Ready facility gives you access to the branding, marketing and resource materials, as well as being populated in the 'Find a Program' section of the Get Golf Ready website.

With FREE facility enrollment and marketing materials, you can maximize your teaching time and earning power with this group lesson program. By registering your facility, you will receive an online marketing kit, posters, brochures, press release templates, and much more.

According to 2013 Get Golf Ready data, golfers who participate in the program spend an average of $913 (not including the program fees) in additional driving range fees, green fees, lessons, equipment and apparel purchases. Furthermore, 100 per cent of 2013 program participants not only said they plan on continuing to play golf, but would also recommend Get Golf Ready to friends.
