PGA of Canada Announces Partnership with Golf Genius Software

The PGA of Canada is pleased to announce GolfLeagueGenius.com has been named the official scoring software for the PGA of Canada.

"On behalf of the PGA of Canada's National Board of Directors and our 3,700 members, we are thrilled to partner with Golf Genius Software," said PGA of Canada CEO, Gary Bernard. "The GolfLeagueGenius digital platform will enhance our national championships and will allow our members, fans and golf media to stay better up-to-date through each event."

The Association began using the software earlier this month for the PGA Women’s Championship of Canada presented by Nike Golf and will continue for the remainder of this year’s championships, including next week’s Mr. Lube PGA Seniors’ Championship of Canada presented by Adams Golf, the PGA Assistants’ Championship of Canada presented by Titleist & FootJoy and the Titleist & FootJoy PGA Club Professional Championship of Canada.

"Becoming the official scoring software of the PGA of Canada is a tremendous leap forward for Golf Genius Software," said Mike Zisman, CEO of Golf Genius Software. "We are excited for the PGA of Canada to use GolfLeagueGenius for its prestigious championships, and for the 3,700 PGA of Canada professionals to incorporate GolfLeagueGenius at their home clubs and courses."

With real-time scoring, golf fans across the world are able to view PGA of Canada championships live and follow their favorite golfers. The TV display gives the golfers and spectators at the tournament venue a scrolling leaderboard so everyone can watch the action from the clubhouse, and with the real-time leaderboard, fans can view up-to-the-minute results on PCs, iPads, iPhones and Androids.
