Golf Town Comes Aboard
Patriot Golf Day Canada received another boost of momentum this week with the addition of Golf Town stores across the country coming aboard to support the grassroots golf initiative.
From Victoria to St. Johns and all stops in between, golfers will be able to donate to Patriot Golf Day Canada at all of Golf Town’s 56 stores.
“Golf Town is very proud and honored to support the 2013 Patriot Golf Day Canada,” says Golf Town’s Director of Academies and Services, Andre Cuerrier. “From coast to coast in any of our 56 Golf Town locations customers will have the opportunity to donate to this great cause.”
Kicking off at the PGA Championship of Canada on June 24 and running through the close of the RBC Canadian Open on July 28, Patriot Golf Day Canada once again supports and honours Canadian military members and their family.
“This is very encouraging and exciting that Golf Town has committed to fully support Patriot Golf Day Canada in 2013,” says PGA of Canada CEO, Gary Bernard. “Golfers from across the country will now have even more opportunities to donate to this worthwhile cause.”
Golfers who play at participating Patriot Golf Day facilities across the country can donate any dollar amount to the initiative. Canadians will also have the opportunity to give directly to the initiative through a secure online donation website.
PGA of Canada members and golf facilities across the country looking to participate in Patriot Golf Day Canada, should register online by CLICKING HERE. Each facility will be outfitted with a branded donation website, branded collection box, branded poster and a branded letter.
