Education Department of the PGA of Canada welcomes a new staff member and a new Manager of Education

The PGA of Canada welcomes Matt Allen as Education Administrator. Matt has a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education with a minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Matt brings with him a wealth of experience in the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) as a Learning Facilitator and Evaluator for Softball Canada. Matt spent the summer at the PGA of Canada working in Education and Tournaments and we are pleased to bring him on as a full-time staff member. Matt’s primary responsibilities will include the Teaching and Coaching Certification Program (TCCP), and supporting the department in NCCP development and other partner programs.

In other Education staffing news, the PGA of Canada is pleased to announce that Morgan Court has been appointed as the new Manager of Education. Morgan joined the PGA of Canada’s Education department in 2010 and has quickly moved through the ranks of the department. In her new role as Manager of Education, Morgan will lead the development of the National Coaching Certification Program, PACE, and various Education partnerships and initiatives.
